Mark as Useful These people just called me at work and said they had a summons for me, and I had 2 hours to call back at David Right (sp?) at Kline (sp?) & Associates or I will get a failure to appear. Is this real? Has anyone had any results from calling or not calling in 2 hours?
I don't want to be issued a warrant, but I don't want to be scammed either!

Mark as Useful When I retiurned the call a recording gave me thge option to be removed from their call list. I have done this several times before, but theykeeep calling frequently changint the name on their caller ID

Mark as Useful I called them and told them to quit calling every blasted night. Turns out they were calling for my wife regsrding a magazine she no longer wants. we'll see if they actually quit or not.
